Many of our herbs are foraged from or grown in the garden here in Los Angeles; others are grown by Black and Indigenous farmers across Turtle Island, especially in the South. Herbs are fresh dried, meaning they are no more than a few weeks or at most months from the plant, offering a stronger herb.
